I received wire transfer instructions to a credit union in Utah with a totally different account name than the company.

Credit scores are made up of many factors, one is the utilization of an account vs its credit limit.

It is easy for people to download fake W2s, ESA paperwork, etc, with a few mouse clicks and a credit card. 

I do not use Rent Ready, but I know that it is a perk of my pro membership here and I am considering setting it up to help my tenant establish credit. 

Would you consider doing a cash-out refinance into a 30-year DSCR loan, or would you opt for a line of credit instead?
