Seller financed (probably) won't be reported to the credit bureaus and so won't impact your credit score at all.

Why is your tenant paying you by credit card? 

It is easy for people to download fake W2s, ESA paperwork, etc, with a few mouse clicks and a credit card. 

Raising your credit score will get you far better rates personally as well as with private lenders for your LLC. 

@Antoine Black  In general, yes, it goes off your personal credit. 

Also, credit score minimums are higher- often requiring a middle mortgage FICO score of 720 and above.

Otherwise, talk to your bank or credit union.

There are loan programs that will do a 20% down payment with a 680 or above credit score.
