How do they ensure the data is updated daily or weekly if they get from county websites and the bulk data they get from these county/notices and court websites is it like a web scraper?

If you dont see if the county where the properties are offer free sales/ownership data which you can download and then find the data you want and build a dataset inside excel.How many addresses?

If you don't have MLS access it's tough to find actual rented data, however you can use apartments.com to see active listings and gauge rent comps by days on market.

And yes, I checked county records and the county DOES show updated data.
