It's sad to see so many areas in America with decaying homes because people left as jobs left.

Hey all,I am in the middle of my first rehab (for LT rental) and want/need to lower two decaying chimney stacks to a safe height above the roof. 

The city’s vacant building initiative, approved by council in late 2017 and launched in August 2018, saw increased active bylaw enforcement to address the high volume of complaints from citizens over the hundreds of vacant and decaying buildings spread across the city.

Also - does anyone have any General Contractors they have had a good experience working with for rehabbing properties that are old / decayed?  

But this sudden turn not allowing it unless it's some sort of group co-living space counteracts that intent.

Does this counteract the liability benefits of using an LLC in the first place?

To counteract that now I have my 4 bed/3 bath villa rented out as a midterm rental.

. - The correlation of erosion to buyers purchasing power in monthly mortgage payment (increased property tax's, property insurance, HOA fee's) is a factor I see counter acting a slowly declining interest rate, making for a ~net-0 market activity environment on YOY volume metric. - Leading into home stretch of POTUS election cycle, the above may be a strong catalyst to press the deployment of a stimulus offering in form of home buyer empowerment

Morris the patina of expertise, not to really help anyone think their way through the challenges of real estate investing.But the only way to counteract this kind of generalized miasma of propaganda and disinformation through edutainment is to pick it apart, to clearly show within the narrative that leads to the investor clicking on the icon or picking up the phone that THIS is a lie, and THIS is a lie, and THAT is a lie, too.
