. - yes, it may be a cosmetology license, but at least we are now licensed!

If the utilities are good (electric and water) I would aim at cosmetology, beauty, makeup, hair removal, perhaps spray tan etc. 

Most high schools have VO-TECH where you go learn a trade (auto, carpentry, pilot, cosmetology, etc.) for half the day of school as opposed to general studies.

I worked in the beauty industry for five years in Cosmetology and Business Management.

Essentially a bunch of small office spaces, very minimal furnishings, low maintenance type of units where individuals have clients come to get cosmetology type work done.

I'm currently in Indianapolis, Indiana and I'm planning out my future house hacking journey before I leave Cosmetology school around September 2020( I started school around June 10th 2019 and I'm currently on leave due to some health issues).I've been a unmarried homemaker for the past 3 or 4 years, I'm currently building my credit (I'm around 600 so far), and I plan on working part time as soon as I graduate from beauty school.

I don't think being newly licensed with a background in cosmetology or whatever is an indicator of an agent's ability to perform.

I have my cosmetology license.
