What lease clauses they suggest such as    - Additional insured status for you on the Pharmacy's coverage    - Waiver of Subrogation, Primary & non-contributory clause, 30 day notice of cancelation, etc.I would also suggest two other things:1. more research on the operation of a compounding pharmacy.

I would recommend talking to FAs who 1) personally invest in R/E, 2) have experience working with R/E investors and 3) are able to help create a financial plan that reflects how R/E can be a contributory/complimentary asset to one's personal financial picture.
