Just to make sure we’re both on the same page, I’m referring to the annualized total return that is included in the bigger pockets rental calculator — I wasn’t intending to compare RE to stocks, but maybe I’m missing something in your answer.

Are the podcasts a totally different user/customer base stream than the forum? 

As I take in as much content as possible from listening to the Rookie Real Estate podcast, I feel drawn to building multi-families and renting them out.

It’s disorganized, lacks any agendas, materials, or content.

After that, the YouTube algorithm continuously bombarded me with Pace's content.
