History: At one time (when I first began marketing for LPO leads for a fellow investor) the Free Ad Sites were the place to go to find motivated sellers.

Cooper etc. stop selling our loans or switching our servicing companies.  

Does anyone have a good effective 3rd party mailing company to send mailers direct to seller?

I added a clause in their lease that makes them responsible for weed and trash within ten feet of their space.

@Kyle Carter People hit on the obvious, hype and excitement of a large name company like apple moving to an area. 

It may sound nice to pay a 6% management fee but the extra fees can add up to be more than the other company that charges 10% with no additional fees.
