White Oak color and Walnut color are the two main ones you want to focus on, depending on the rest of the design in the house!

Stay away from grey LVP pick warmer colors if possible, choose hard surfaces for common areas and soft for bedrooms.

However, from my research, it's extremely difficult to find any cities where the properties cash flow other than places like Cleveland which has its own set of drawbacks.
