To me, that's like reading a book on flying and then, jumping into the cockpit, throttling up and starting down the runway thinking they can pilot a plane, and then asking the tower for instructions.

However so far I haven't seen anything coming close to these figures here in Holland.If I look at the local markets I would say the first property will cost between €200k and €250k with a rent of about €18-20k a year.I am doing my best indeed to find a job in a cockpit, but there is only so much you can do at this point.From what perspective do you say that the highest return is to be found in the aviation industry ?
