Hello All I am currently in the process of condo shopping.

First red flag is if they say that they will shop your deal with a few different investors.  

So, very possibly there isn't time to make all this work.Note: The "classic" way to have arranged this would have been a cost segregation study to accelerate a bunch of the depreciation into 2024, arrangement of the subleases and ownership percentages to mesh nicely with the grouping regulation requirements. 

Loads of information on the forums and BP tools for you to expand your knowledge or find just about anything.I am on the lending side of things and am always happy to talk shop with investors looking to learn more about financing options out there, even if not in my resource pool.  

It’s unfortunate, but I guess I learned the importance of shopping around as I only talked with one other lender.

You might’ve rate-shopped a bit early, but it’s not a deal-breaker.
