I'd expect those rates in the midcity/southdowns area, but not tigerland/brightside. 

The rates vary throughout the State because of the different millage rates and tax districts, but in Richland County for instance, the taxes essentially triple once it goes from legal resident to non legal residence. 

their max quote period is 30 days so seems the quote was from Jan 13.It is not cheap, but the risk it high. 

I lost a fund that was going to build 25 of these they decided on Austin Texas. land is cheap in ohio. there's 5 plots of land right now for 40k or 50k and we build houses 10x land cost or 10% land cost of after built value. don't do existing it's not worth it.

Kwanza Most charge either a gross price or smaller rate + they keep the cleaning fee.
