The town allows golf carts with a permit.

I put it in my information when guest are booking, that they will be required to provide their email and sign an emailed(I use DocHub) to sign the rental agreement/Golf cart waiver.

(Someone should start a post here on the funny things guests leave behind, some deliberately because they don't want to cart home beer, mead, etc.!)

I have seen (in other FL markets) companies that offer boots on the ground services, i.e. cleaning and maintenance, restocking, check ups, etc for flat and ala cart pricing.  

So it may be an idea to act if you value this feature.

We use the class feature.

I actually just switched my properties to TurboTenant and am looking forward to this feature.

I have been using it for my own STR portfolio and I would consider it an alternative to Stessa.I don't have official documentation yet as it's still very new and I'm constantly adding new features.
