keep in mind all the fuel is now gone.. so wild fire will not be an issue going forward as long as folks do more of a desert style landscaping and dont plant things that burn like Eucalyptus as one poster mentioned those things go up like a roman candle at 4th of July.

Additionally, you may just want to ask your tenant to be mindful of the other residents by using some form of air freshener or scented candles etc. you would be surprised what a conversation can do, maybe you'll get a more favorable result.Best Chris

Brush a little bit how do you handle brush usually with prescribed burns.. the issues are houses on mountains and I suspect there is a good amount of people that planted Euculyptus trees years ago those things are just like light a roman candle.. and 60 to 100 mile an hour winds..

When you are willing to cover your mouth with a handkerchief and step over land mines to see if the layout works for a LTR you know you're a real estate investor 😁 lolI've seen it all and smelt it all.Just haven't found a dead person yet in a property heheFunny thing is, having travelled a lotSome cultures consider animalistic smells attractive.Even aphrodisiacs.Personally, I love me some niche perfumes and have always bought the heavy Middle Eastern Oud scents.Repulsive when first applied but give it a few minutes and it blends into the skin making it sweet, sour and woody lolMaybe cat piss after some time smelling it would also blend in with our olfactory senses like it does with the other cultures hehehehe 🙈

These people are so nice that they are still helping you even though most of your responses are just overglamorizing them or profusely thanking them because they didn't ask you any questions.The other problem is people who tell you how bad they feel for you because other people didn't light a scented candle for your two-line post and spend an hour of their own time trying to help you when you have a new profile, with new photo, and no information.You lucked out with some nice people in here @Scott Meech, but it's because of them that you have information not because you brought anything to the table other than a hand out.

@Michael Belz Photos are the only marketing you have when it comes to Airbnb... we onboarded 3 large homes in upstate NY 1.5 years ago, we brought in models, candles, throws, extra decor and the properties are beating their comps who had nice quality but un-staged photos by around 18%.
