Everywhere I go there's all these experts and gurus selling courses but I just need to find that first deal especially since I don't have much money now and I'm willing to do what needs to be done to find those deals whether it be raw land or actual properties, residential or commercial.

I'll be cutting into the floor and fear that there may be raw sewage under the house (the leak wasn't the first hint!).

So in essence the clock resets and you're left to demonstrate that the property you just created was created with the intent to hold for productive use.A very useful comparison would be raw land you own for a long time. 

Don't have to be raw numbers, but people are drawn to some one who is taking action and succeeding at it.  

Is this possible and would they mostly have to be raw land for that amount?

If so, I think it would be raw land or really scary!  

The other issue I’ve been reading about is that developers can have issues getting bank financing on raw land, and this would certainly be raw land.
