Is AI taking over human-generated content for things like sales pages, emails, landing pages, and website copy, or is the future a blend of AI and human expertise working together?

I assumed this would be the cheapest out there.I have some great local portfolio lenders, DSCR lenders, conventional lenders, and commercial lenders who are competitive and should be able to beat 6.75%.

Hey SergeyBased on my experience, using AI for cold calling isn’t the best approach for a few reasons:1.Not Realistic – AI lacks the human touch needed for real estate cold calling.

He works in a department that investigates houses in the city that appear to be distributing drugs, sponsoring prostitution, or human trafficking.

Think of AI as humans.

The goal is to set appointments without using human labor and going all in on AI voice cold calling is not necessarily the best approach. 

I have an associates in human services but I am wanting/ willing to get experience where I can learn more of the ins and outs of real estate whether it be loans, property managment, etc.

I would also add this: go get involved in Construction in some way....make friends with a GC, hang around job-sites, volunteer with Habitat For Humanity or similar....even attend the Home Depot weekend classes.

Models continue to improve and use cases also continue to improve - personally does not take out human factor - to me it just is a way to provide more data points to review.
