Does anyone know which bank allows you to open a bank account with series llc? 

Is a retail bank branch the type of NNN tenant I would personally be excited to have as a tenant?

Has anyone had any issues with either Relay or Titan bank.

The bank is here in San Diego and is Endeavor Bank. 

If anyone has question about buying a bank foreclosure, fire them off.
