They are super clean and are capable of sliding or 'opening' corners  Many systems are more limiting and can only do double track meeting double track at a corner, for example, but minima has options beyond double track doors!

The better properties in the better areas, with he higher individual cash flow will be a more stable and consistent return, at minima this logic should be fairly accurate.
