Similar story - they’ve never missed a payment.I invested in their Alt coin operation that turns 24% annually.I still can’t help but think it’s a Ponzi scheme.  

I am diversified with a few different alt coins.

I heard a figure not too long ago that out of 20K alt coins, only 4 have reached their previous all time high.

He mentions also in this video that he is researching seriously venture capital funds, which he then immediately describes as "buying alt-coins and other cryptos with 20x returns" but most investments would also lose money, similar to venture capital investing into tech companies.

Based on my research:I'm bullish on BTC, ETH, Blockchain, and DeFi, but overall bearish on alt-coins and stable coins.  

There are also other reasons for bitcoin to be bullish, but not as much the alt-coins.

What it actually is is just an alt-coin tied to a property to raise capital. 

I don't invest in another alt coins, meme coins, or sh*t coins as they say.

@Jeremy Turner, Ya, i have been very cautious with what i want to do with my savings, i have been kinda crushed a little lately with the downtrend in crypto as i had been investing that way and been doing great for over a year, but right now im just holding for the swing back up (hopely), most of my bitcoin was valued around the 9k mark so im down about 30%, but i do have some alt coins that are offsetting that amount greatly, so im nearly balanced out on what i have into crypto, so i could get out now and probably break even, but i have hopes of it heading north again. 

Most of these guys will hold and the smart ones have diverted out of BTC and into alt coins.
