By their own admittance, as I write this on 8/1/23, their latest update (received today) acknowledges they are STILL behind target.

Consider a simple family trust and have the trust as a member of the LLC, or simply make a Will and set aside other transfers to the LLC with your LLC naming a member as TOD if your state allows admittance of a member at death.

The only thing I could think of is that they could refuse to issue you a card unless you get your photo taken, and then subsequently refuse to allow you admittance to any common areas (i.e. pool, club house, etc) where the cards are required for admission.

At this time I wanted to move to a neighboring county to a new community college with a guaranteed-admittance program to their partner university.
