Hello, I have a few questions about acquiring projects with different partnership structures. 

So I'm strongly considering adding a handful of these to my buy & hold portfolio.I understand that there's no "risk-free" method to acquiring these properties subto, but have any of you had success over the long-term acquiring properties with VA loans attached?

Tenant was acquired with property upon closing(they have lived in their unit for 2+ years with on time payments).

They are not alternatives for the same set of goals.I think acquiring real estate properties or Bitcoin is meant to serve the same human goal: to acquire valuable assets in order to hedge against future uncertainty..
