Your neighbors own their lots as shares in an LLC which purchased the land, and operate under a Private Membership Agreement to insure they are a good fit and willing to play their part and contribute to the well being of the community.My vision is in this vein, with the addition of workshops and retreats (yoga, wellness, ptsd recovery etc) which the community would host.

Just in the past few years we've seen rapid growth in cafe's, yoga schools, restaurants and amenities operated by younger entrepreneurs. - The smaller more 'luxury' coastal areas such as Bandon, Arch Cape, Manzanita, Florence and Cannon Beach could see dramatic valuation increases as could luxury coastal estates.

As for other amenities, some crowd-pleasers that won't break the bank are coffee maker + starter pack of pods, basic workout equipment (yoga mat, resistance bands), phone charging stations by the beds, and basic kitchen essentials like olive oil, salt/pepper, coffee filters, etc.

We converted a old restaurant on the property to a coworking lounge, redid the pool and built out the roof to a entertainment center with fire pits, lounges, bubble chairs, barbeque, large screen TV, music, yoga mats and amazing views of the ocean and city lights.It is designed for coworking/coliving for business professionals and entrepreneurs who want to...Live where they work.
