We made some big changes coming to Movement Mortgage early this year and we are incredibly grateful to be thriving and loving it here at Movement.

I am seeing a lot of movement on VA assumable loans.

Last month, we were hearing that rental listings under $1250 were continuing to get movement, but anything higher was becoming stale on the rental market.

Even cheap carpet will allow movement...could void the warranty as well.

So, how much time does it take to obtain the knowledge, experience and capital to begin makimg a serious movement toward this “dream”.

The house had some signs of foundation settlement when he bought it which were chalked up to age, however it’s clear now that there has been more recent movement (some of this may have been due to an earthquake a few years ago) causing about 3 inches of settlement along this very small house.   

A lot of movement happening right now so I'm excited to see how things shake out!
