We've done something similar by offering local coffee, tea, snack baskets, bottled water, local pastries, and seasonal flavors (pumpkin spice, peppermint, gingerbread, etc.) which have been a big hit with much less risk involved.

Eric,Pueblo has a lot to offer - Arkansas River Walk, Pueblo Reservoir, Arts Center, Family owned restaurants, Arkansas River activities, close to mountains, Colorado State University -Pueblo Campus, Pueblo Community College, home grown produce - known for peppers, and pumpkins, less traffic, driving distance to Colorado Springs and Denver.

The one with particularly ugly brick(black, oranges, yellows) I matched the brick to Behr Pumpkin Butter and painted the wall around the fireplace as an accent and painted the rough cedar mantel something different, lighter creamy yellow.
