I’m currently considering remodeling the kitchen in my rental property, which is quite outdated.

The rehab depending on the size again may be more like 200K with repiping, I did a remodel last year 1500sf, and needed a roof, panel, all siding, full interior redo and permits it cost us 218K3.

Remodel accordingly.

One unit is remodeled and empty and the other is not and has tenants paying way under fair market value ($700). 

I assumed having such inspections done during construction/remodeling projects was standard.

Has anyone used a general contractor in the west Michigan area that is willing to give a quote for price per sq ft or a range of price per sq ft for a full gut remodel?
