My plan is to develop five 1,200 SF units, allowing tenants to lease multiple units if they require more space.Recently, a 62,000 SF medical building from a Reputed Hospital Name opened directly across the property, which reinforced my belief that a medical office setup would be a strong fit for this location.

To determine if there’s a market at the hospital, I'd recommend reaching out to the hospital's housing coordinator or human resources department, as they often handle temporary housing for traveling medical staff or out-of-town employees.

We only allow 2 pet dogs.For ESA we use PetScreening.com and require any letter abide by AB468 and the medical provider that supplies the letter must state that they are aware of the requirements of AB468 and the consequences for providing ESA letters solely for a fee.We also charge an application fee.
