.: @Justin Daltoncan you do a live in flip U need a capital partner .. give them the majority of the return. fill your experience bucket up once that is at a level where you can show other investors what you u have done then strike out on your own.. this is what I did personally.. it takes decades at least for me.. then once I had some experience etc..

@Justin Hwa this is hilarious, I don't have that exact issue but it does seem to be "one of those weeks" for sure so far.

In South Florida (where I'm originally from) just in Ft Lauderdale there are more total home listings than on the entire Oregon Coast! 

Did my deed search, tax search, upset pricing etc.But the missing component is the financing.I have stock assets that I don’t want to liquidate just in case i lose bidding.

@Justin Sherman your best bet for cash flow is to go with a STR in the upper part of your house hack.
