Hi all,@Neil GuldenFWIW, I believe that KSC attendance is down recently (posted 10.23.2019) and there are several very large apartment complexes (commercial) that have popped up over the past 2 years within 200 yards of North side of campus, and a couple more that appear geared (without discriminating) toward young professionals, specifically in the old Colony Mill complex roughly .5 miles from the NW corner of campus which already has an awesome brew pub (Elm City Brewery) onsite, and the other in the old brick Keene Middle School (which I attended) located just up Washington St. off Central Square... queue Jumanji stampede scene :).Cheers!
