Anyone familiar with PMs who collude with house-hunting companys to purposefully make me more inclined to sell?

Based on some of the research done, I am inclined towards starting out with a small multi family investment property (2-4 multi family home).

For example, Southern Spain tends to be more affordable than the north, especially if you look at rural areas or small villages.

My inclination is to suggest paying back the PML 70% of the land proceeds (presumably $168K) at that closing and then hold the remaining loan until I sell the house.
