It's working well for inbound... but not sure if it's can be used for Outland calls 

How do you like to advertise your business?

There's literally no advertising in the post at all, it's simply a news update on changes to UW guidelines...

I personally just want the monthly/quarterly updates and the inbound wires received.

I want to ask the community at Bigger Pockets about what you think about this gentleman out of Wisconsin advertising for BNB Accelerator (Nicholas Korom).

I believe a large amount of our ad spend was spent to advertise the program.

I would certainly advertise that and add pictures and themed items to house.

As for offering subject-to financing, this is something that can be advertised under 'seller financing' in our local MLS, and there's investors that search specifically for listings with that marked, so that should introduce your property to a new set of buyers that may not have considered it before.
