Definitely a chunk of change I don't want to pay, but having my cash back out to do another deal might be worth it...

Did a DSCR loan after 6 months to pull the bulk of the cash back out.

Thanks There's never any guarantee you're going to get 100% of your own cash back out of the house especially in a short time frame.

Like others have stated, their price is not always the best especially if you use cashback sites and/or search for coupon codes for other sites.
