I was recently talking to a real estate agent about an REO property he had listed.

I am hearing from a number of sellers (mostly developers) who are clearly being forwarded copy and paste emails from buyer agents evidenced by questions that aren't even relevant to the properties they are selling.

My question: When you are looking for an agent to work with, what are qualities you look for and want?
