Pokemon, Twerking, and MC Hammer did not disappear in a single day. 

But we are human and can't catch it all (Real estate isn't a game like Pokemon).Turnkey isn't completely and entirely passive (I stressed this many times in blogs, video's, podcasts, etc...).
