I visited Kentucky Artisan Distillery during a bourbon trail tour for my bother birthday a few years back.  

LocaL artisans could rent an area to sell their stuff.

The current uses are: Production Industry - Artisan, Office, Office, 1br Apartment, vacant apartment, and a couple spaces that are not used by tenants.Thanks for the feedback. 

I know themeing is expensive, but I was planning on doing that myself (I own an artisan construction company).

Finding good subcontractors is tough and tile setters are highly-paid artisans. 

My current side-side hustle, Global Artisans, employs local refugees to make bags out of recycled vinyl banners.The BP podcast has already been a trove of knowledge and motivation, but I'm glad to finally raise my hand in here and pay forward the advice and support the BP veterans so willingly give.

Not a high end job, so please don't recommend the artisan painters
