These agencies began calling me non-stop, demanding I fix the heater immediately and provide the tenant with hotel accommodations during the repair period—or else I’d be issued tickets and face daily fines.I won’t go into detail about how I feel, but anyone in my situation would feel like they just swallowed a bitter pill.

You may not have this problem in NM, but here where those letters are reversed we have bitter cold winter to consider.

I speak to investors almost daily.I am sure that dark October in 1929 was rough on you, and you are still bitter.

If you do it that way, the $1400 tenant is going to become bitter in short order. 

Many Realtors are bitter because you are effectively competition on what could have been their listing.

From my experience people who take action end up rich, people who don't end up get left behind even bitter. 

The collusion makes me bitter.

Just saying..Mistakes is part of this journey some more than others, what you do with mistakes is up to you - learn to be better with costly mistakes rather than get the right education first  or be bitter(many end up here, jaded because of misplaced righteousness and own undoing)?

But I know many people who haven't invested over the last few years because of the cartels and who bitterly regret it given what the market has done there.As to the government, I'm not sure what your issue is and when you lived there.

All this made me bitter, and sour, and it reflects in my interaction with BP members, your team, and the people I am trying to help.
