I recently sold several of my web properties, and have been thinking about diversifying myself by getting into something different like a brick and mortar business or real estate.

You should be able to right-click it and save it to a file.When I try to save the e-mail itself it is saved as a web page.  

In my opinion, it is a gamble to buy non-warrantable condos and hoping they will some day double in value when they become warrantable.

@Matt Hangsleben you need to build your cash position because if we have a slow down and you are paying a mortgage shortfall due to falling rents you are gambling with your families future.
