I am particularly interested in the refi option as that appear to give me flexibility to use the equity for something else or invest it and still generate a decent return. 

The fact that it's currently owner occupied leads me to believe it's not in "market" condition- it probably appears "used", even if it's in overall good condition.

If you just fill the webs with pages that provide no added value tot he wealth of knowledge... you are asking to be de-indexed.

It appears you feel it needs work. 

You can build these up alongside your weekly and daily activities, but it needs to be done consistently and won't help you in the beginning - it takes a few months to start to stick with the web crawlers and people you're trying to reach.

It appears rents are flattening in the cape.

The tenants decide how to divide the expenses not the landlord.What you appear to be doing is billing tenants separately.

Perhaps the people on the other forum don't do anything to maintain their cabins and as a result they're kind of run down, and cabins like mine appear "luxury" to them, but there are definitely true luxury cabins on the market right now (as you noticed) so I can only guess as to why they aren't seeing similar success.
