It states that the smoke detectors are to be tested using the test function on the unit.Regulations clearly vary amongst jurisdictions but I am not sure that the underlying liability does.

Don't know if that is the right way to look at it or not, but it seems to be working for me.One thing I don't understand(maybe someone can help me with this) is my principle pay down each month varies $25-$40.

The process to evict a tenant varies from state to state but here in Florida I first have to provide a 3 day pay or quit notice, which I can do as soon as the 2nd of the month.
