As I just sold a couple of rent houses from a business that I started out of necessity and have now closed, I know that if I had a spot I wanted to lease, I could afford to open a shop without financing.This is where the complications start because of the bigger picture.

Ultimately, I want to go full force into BRRRR and possibly vacation rentals as I live on the coast in Florida.  

The rental market in my area is strongest April - August, so I’d probably give notice of rent increase and/or 30 day notice to vacate around March 1.

but generally on the mortgage or DT there is a spot at the top where you fill in where the orginal is to be mailed by the county after recording that should be your address.. 

In terms of TV mounts, I recommend the previous advice about making your wishes clearly known to your tenants about you require that they coordinate the installation through your handyman or a trusted professional handyman, and they will leave the mount and all its pieces upon departure or properly patch the spots (usually requires repainting the whole wall).

We are using this property as a second home and a vacation property, but still want to AirBnB to help offset cost of mortgage and repairs. 

Hey, love the bp family, and first time posting here i hope i can get some advice.so long story short, I had a contract fall through on a triplex due to the mortgage being denied (I tried to purchase it as a primary residence and the seller won't vacate any of the tenants so I couldn't continue with the purchase).Now the seller is fighting me on the earnest money, we are past the financing contingency date (30 days) but its due to the seller not vacating a tenant as we verbally agreed on (his tenants are on short-term leases) not due to my finances.I will probably consult on attorney on this one but was wondering if anyone has some advice or has been in a similar situation until then P.s im in jacksonville FL area.thanks!

Does anyone know if vacation rental can be done when the property has a mortgage?

Maybe it's near a vacation spot you like or where you or your spouse grew up.
