Newbie Advice on BRRRR and Flips
Okay, so I'm ready to begin investing in RE. I currently have a primary residence home with about $225,000 in equity, and I have about $25,000 liquid, and a credit score in the mid 700s. I am also a part time Realtor, so I can also utilize my commission in the deal. I think I want to refi my primary residence to free up equity to use to invest in either a BRRRR or a flip. Ultimately, I want to go full force into BRRRR and possibly vacation rentals as I live on the coast in Florida.
I'm looking for some sage wisdom on how to best put my available capital and equity to work to get this started.
