@Alec McGinn @Andrew Syrios I use the Goldman Sachs savings account (Marcus), currently paying 2.25% and rises as the rate index rises and it's always liquid, If you know you wont be using the money for at least a year, there's a CD they have to lock in for 1 year at 2.75% and an unlocked CD at 2.35%, all these rates are far better than the typical retail banks like Wells Fargo, Bank of America, etc...  

Hi,I and my partner investors are looking for a realtor who has experience working with investors to assist us in Tampa, Florida.We are looking for 5-10 listings (full listing with public remarks and photos) that meet the following criteria:- Single/double family home. 3-4 bed rooms, 2 bathrooms. 1,200-3,000 squares in fast-moving areas.

I understand this can be a very broad answer especially ones like major structural damage or total rehabs, but some of these listings with numbers and photos etc. just appear to work.

Truth be told your realtor did a decent job, there's a parcel map on there, there's a nice description, good photos, and it's on the land selling websites (LandWatch, LandsofAmerica).  

Post a photo of your documents.However, if the bank "never provided proof of ownership" (I think you mean the original mortgage document), in its filings with the court, then the bank may have sold you nothing. 

In my ad on CL I will have the detail description of the house and terms, 5 photos of the house, and that there will be an application.
