I and my partner investors are looking for a realtor who has experience working with investors to assist us in Tampa, Florida.

We are looking for 5-10 listings (full listing with public remarks and photos) that meet the following criteria:

- Single/double family home. 3-4 bed rooms, 2 bathrooms. 1,200-3,000 squares in fast-moving areas. (It will be great if you can suggest us the areas)

- REO or vacant home that needs work.

- No short sales

- Motivated sellers that can close within 60 days.
