Any market that is not dependant on a single enterprise (Midwest, KC) OR a market that is dependant on travel/tourism (Las Vegas) post fall out.

Open air, mountain views and close to go hiking, camping, fishing, etc with easy travel.

If you want to network, and meet partners from around the county who could be your boots on the ground in markets that you are interested in, you will need to hop on a plane (when we are up and running again), and travel to a conference or two.

Or Indian hogans, yurts, or vintage travel trailers parked on a farm. 

Folks simiply have less money and segments of the economy might not recover for awhile:  Travel, entertainment and larger purchases.In soft markets, inevitably we should be able to find some better deals. 

Direct labor and materials for $3,500, what about, dump fees, indirect labor costs like the time spent on the estimate, material ordering, travel to/from the job, equipment cost, overhead, profit ect.

If I may ask over the next few months My girlfriend and I will be traveling to AZ looking for property as a potential retirement in 10 to 15 years.

I know that perceived fairness especially in this small town is important because word travels fast.

Turns out my relatives were all poor trailer trash and my mom was just better at managing them than our relatives were.

I plan to make a trip out there in the next couple of months once it’s a bit safer to travel due to the virus.
