He seems willing to also give me a verbal opinion based on his trained eye of any glaring problems I might face. this is on the understanding he isn't crawling around the loft and under the house which would be a proper home inspection.

And when hiring young guys/gals, that's a big indication of whether they'll be able to hit the ground running or whether they'll need a lot of hands-on training to come up to speed.Just my $.02...

As with any job, your employer will have their own training on their products and expectations of how business will be conducted.

Hello,I'm a french student who is attending the real estate certificate at UCLA Extension in September and I'm quite worried about something.I will come to the US with a F-1 visa and I'll try to complete an OPT (Optional Practicle Training) at the end of the certificate.

Since I deal with attorneys, I had to train them how to work with me in the beginning.

However, just like a used car you can't tell how much a used property is worth until you check it out for yourself and/or have a trained mechanic check it out for you.  

We prefer minimum 3 x rent in verified income, clean credit and background checks, non-smoking, no cats, and we actually prefer a renter with a well-trained large dog.
