With raw land of course you are almost always looking at 25% down, and $75k I can manage and not even dip into my comfort level of reserves but that is just about the absolute max.

We are not our tenants bank and they are not permitted to borrow our money for any reason.I believe it is a responsible landlords obligation to train all tenants to be good tenants.

I would assume the support and training wouldn't be nearly as good as if you had joined a local broker.
