You can move it back to your LLC after the loan and while this technically violates the due on sales clause, it's really, really unlikely they would call the loan.As for the refinance fees, the only way to avoid paying for them twice is not to refinance twice.

I've always believed that there is nothing wrong with being a "copy cat" as long as you copy the "right cat" 🐱What prompted my question is just recently we had a local competitor literally use the same design and layout for their website as our own.And not the first time something like this has happened over the years and personally, I find it quite endearing 😘Would love your thoughts?
