I have been watching the markets for the past year or so looking for a property that I can use the BRRRR method on, but what I have been seeing is that the homes that require work are selling for WAY more than they should in their condition.

I’m a Marine veteran who has spent most of my 15 year professional career post service in project management across multiple industries like aviation, hospitality, tech, and CNC machining.

If the property isn’t worth 20-30% more after 5 years that’s another reason to sell. 

I am in my early 30s, zero debt, Excellent credit and currently live in Minnesota (hoping to move to another state in a year or so.). 

The previous years appraised value is $154,323.

And, you won’t have to worry about how long it will take to sell.

I plan on continuing to acquire 1 or 2 properties a year moving forward.
