I would go back to them and ask them to take the time to explain what you've signed until you are satisfied with the agreement.The "exclusive" agreement means they will represent you on this purchase.

They paid on time (ate my food  lol) and still stay in touch.

I have been curious about this method for a long time and have only seen it in theory and would love to hear from someone who has actually done it. 

It may not turn out perfect but it will be way better.I do high end cars and clean SS all the time.... that can be fixed pretty easy.
