Beyond that we live in stucco boxes with tile roofs.

Open living area with custom railings, tiled fireplace, and dining open to large deck.

Just measure the spaces (ie bathroom floor and tub wall need to be tiled).

Then again, a lot of farms are family-owned and operated with as minimal hired help as possible, and I think a lot of the hog/poultry farms might order & have products shipped straight from suppliers due to biosecurity concerns, as I never saw a salesperson on the hog farm I worked at for a short time. 

It has a 5 year old roof, brand new A/C, newly done electrical, and has been modestly remodeled on the inside (Kitchen, painting, bathroom tiles).

Tile throughout, completely gutted the kitchen, new roof, etc.

I can help you ballpark your ground up builds or renovations, or ad hoc questions like "What does tile/flooring/painting cost in $/SF?".

Costs will vary depending on how easy it is for your supplier to deliver to you.

Of course, some will be a bit higher or lower, depending on upgrades, appliances, tile, crowns, flooring etc.  

Or cutting open a tile shower, because you have to show a water membrane was installed...It's an inconvinience for the contractor, especially for those who don't have a project schedule and are just "winging it".
