The job loss has led me to finally get off my butt and change careers – I’m an accountant by trade.So, I have the ability to basically start over.

Throughout my career in real estate, I’ve witnessed several key reasons why investors still overbid at this late stage of the cycle.

We moved all over the country to advance both our careers and got lucky in the sense that we had companies that supported not just our careers, but the career of the spouse as well.

My goal is to start my real estate investing career before the end of this year.

I am overwhelmingly confident that had I moved, my professional career would have not progressed as fast or as well as it had here in the bay and I’d have likely encountered fewer wealth creation opportunities.

Use this time in school to prep yourself as much as possible before you begin your investing career.

For the past three years, I've made a career in China acting in Chinese T.V. shows and movies (learned Mandarin while over here).

My goal with real estate investing isn't to replace my current career, but rather to put some idle capital to work, and hopefully develop some passive income streams.  

I have completed University although I have not started a career and my girlfriend has not completed school and is still unsure of her career path.Our personal financials are not amazing but I am lucky to have a family who owns and operates a large farm.
